Folks who don't know history should not be permitted to remake it in their image. Sadly, there are parties trying to remake our nation in their image who are, in fact, counting on widespread ignorance of history to accomplish those ends.

virus does not give me much more brains than to say "yup, this" at the moment.

far too much bait and switch, double-talk, and "don't look behind that curtain".

Much like the wizard of oz, the majority of citizenry is content with the show instead of finding what's behind the curtain.

Very well said! Although after how it turned out... Yeah color me cynical. If it turna to shit- as I fear it will (but of course hope not) then all I have to say to these people is you got exactly what you voted for- next time your angry- look in a damn mirror. But if it turns around (... :/ ...) I will gladly be proven wrong and smile about it.
