Some how or another I got talked into working from 3pm-3am today. Its now midnight and there are no patients. I have finished my book(all 891 pages) and now I have nothing to do.

Its possible that I have broken my ankle. I was out on Friday night and went outside of a bar to take a phone call. I was in a hurry and didn't realize that there was a step down. Working in the psych ER is going to be excellent.  I've been working all week and will work tomorrow and start my 3-11 shift on Sunday.  I'm getting used to flow of things and I've remembered my hate for clinicians and doctors who treat me like shit because I don't have their education..or pay.  Bastards.
