Tonight, summer ends. It is bitter sweet. This summer has taught me a lot about myself, and it's definitely been a summer of firsts (last night and this morning were no exception). I knew today was going to suck; I prepared myself for it all week. Nevertheless, today was very productive. I got one essay finished and the other nearly done. I also finished reading both plays. Today was quite good. Really good actually.

I just talked to my mom. I didn't get the reaction I was expecting at all, but then again, what was I expecting? I guess I'd forgotten how damn cool my mom is.

So, my dad may be another story. I'm leaving that one to mom though. She said she'd wait until he's in the mood to hear it. Here's hoping
