Senator Bruce Starr is attempting to tack on an amendment to an already existing dangerous dog law, the amendment being to ban Pit Bulls in the state of Oregon. Honestly? I cannot believe this happened. I can guarandamntee you this wouldn't have turned out this way if it had been, say, a Lab.
