I have just realized that I am never without a book. After college, the media form of books for me transitioned from paperback to audiobook, a form much more suitable since I started living as an adult. (Who knew that chores could take up hours??) This way, I can listen to a book and be doing chores at the same time.

Yesterday afternoon, the memory of the last phone call I had with my aunt came up. I could hear her voice so vividly in my head. Very weak but distinctly hers. It was heart-wrenching. Consumed by cancer, she passed away a week after that call.

She clung to life so strongly and here I am taking mine for granted. I feel like such an ungrateful git

After a long hiatus, I've returned to gaming on my PS4. Much as I miss Dragon Age: Inquisition, I can't bring myself to go back to it. Its open world is just too open.
