My grandmother died yesterday pseudo-suddenly.

I am so sorry for your loss. And you're right, it doesn't give your mom an excuse to take it out on people. Try to remember that it's nothing personal, even if it feels like it is.

Thanks ♥ She's so stubborn that she'll never admit that it isn't personal, which makes it so hard. She's not the type to look back and be like, "Oh, you're right, I was being a complete bitch, and I'm sorry." But I know it's just anger/grief so I'll try to keep that in mind.
