Last night was rough. The first part was good... the trivia (which we won again), the movie at Alan's, all the people. That part was nice. It was the sleeping that got me. I've decided I don't like Mandrake. The search now continues for a better distro...

Yes, I have decided that right now, Knoppix beats out any other Live-disk distro I've used. It's nice and even reads all of my Windows files and MP3s.

I finally got my new ID, and, suprisingly, it's not bad. I think the mission of the disgruntled soldier who makes the ID after checking all of your paperwork 10 times and still glaring at you is to make you look bad for the next three years. Amanda and I just saw "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind", and it was amazing. God, Jim Carrey has actual acting ability... who knew? I have now seen two Focus films, the other being "Lost in Translation", and I have an even bigger respect for the company. So the movie was good, and I had a great time in general ( Read more... )

Well, my grandmother wants me to go to northern Georgia to see my brother the weekend of April 16th. Problem? Who my brother lives with. I haven't seen her in almost nine years. I have no desire to see her.

I'm not too happy about this. Part of me wishes May 10th was tomorrow.
