Once again, Interact.
Wow. Yesterday was the first Interact meeting and 75 people signed up to be in the club!!! That's even more than the people that signed up at club rush. Jeez. I can't get over how many people that is. Last year at the first meeting, there were maybe 20 or 25 at the most. I'm so happy. Friday was cool. Lit. Sem.: we had an hour and a half long discussion on success and overachievers (ironic because the class is mainly overachievers). Wow. Carly Patterson is now the second American woman in history (besides Mary Lou Retton) to win the Olympics Individual All-Around Championship!!! AWESOME!
Yesterday was an AMAZING day. My mom and I went to the democratic elections office in Beaverton and bought tons of pro-Kerry/Edwards stuff. I got a pin, a bumper sticker, a poster, and a sticker. :) I met this really nice lady there named Carrie (hehe... easy to remember) and I told her that I'm part of a high school community service club.
