..so I worked out for 1/2hr this morning, and then hit that steam room.
Damn. Does that steam room do sumptin to ya... just be melting away all the pent up anger...
But once you step outside the door, and somebody bumps your shoulder and don't say "cuse me"
That lil tension can come right back.
