Wonderful ^_^ You write these two very well, especially in their dialogue. Just the right amount of fluff with a sprinkling of angst. And, poor innocent Katie getting a little bit too much information xD Loved!
Thanks. I'm glad you liked the bit with Katie. I can just imagine Robs being so nearly Giddy with the situation that he either (a) really isn't thinking at all about what is coming out of his mouth or (b) is perfectly well aware of what he is saying and really doesn't care and in fact is rather proud.
hoods, you are my shipper rock. I love that you married them in chain maille. And I also love that you aren't afraid to give voice to Robin's emotions. He could have done that more on the show...instead we had to make do with JA's soulful eyes. Not that I'm complaining about that. Beautiful writing, as always. I can't wait until you spring the big one! *vbg!*
Robin could never say that much on the show because it would destroy something of the character, I think. But here they are married and in confidence without anyone else around and I would hope that he could learn to give voice to his emotions in that setting. Glad you liked it.
**drifts off into a daydream about JA's soulful eyes...**
I have such a huge grin on my face after reading this! You wrote their characters really well, with Marian's uncertainties and Robin comforting her. It was wonderful and fun - and funny! - and just lovely to read.
Robs would never say those things of course. He would think them, and hint at them, and say them with this smile, but never say them. Though this is a future-fic, so I like to think he is capable of growth. Nonetheless, isn't that what fic is sometimes for - so that we can have the characters do what we wish they would? Sometimes fic should just be fun and this definitely was fun to write. So glad that you liked it.
This was LOVELY and adorable and so in character! I love that they got married in chain mail! I love all of Marian's fears being laid to rest! I love Much telling Robin to go and them riding off on one horse! I love Robin asking the serving girl for a dress! I love it all! I totally enjoyed this story! :)

Thanks for reading almost two years later! And, of course, for taking the time to comment.
