Go Oilers go!
I'm cheering for the Oiler to win this Stanley Cup. Mostly to see all the Flames fans in my office go to pieces, but also because it would be nice to see Calgary's ugly cousin take the pretty girl to the prom. Western Canadian cities are so wild about hockey. The Ottawa Senators lose and all you can expect is some vigorous blogging. I'm guessing ( Read more... ) -

I have to admit I have a soft spot for Nelly Furtado. Also, Steve Nash sat in my lap once. So when she gives a shoutout to Victoria's favourite MVP in her new song, Promiscuous, I get kinda excited. -

Friday night I got home from work just before 8 p.m. and because there was nothing else to eat, I had icecream for dinner. I should have ordered in. I would have ordered in. I rode my bike to work today for the first time this year and am soon faced with the unfortunate task of biking home through the scary streets of Winnipeg. I came for Death Cab for Cutie but stayed for Franz Ferdinand, and am now a believer. I own FF's first disc, which I like, though feel no need to put on repeat while riding the bus to work.
