Gabriel updates

Hi all, Sara again, thank you for thoughts and prayers. We have a long road ahead. I took an early discharge from St. Mary's last night (when I would have otherwise left Fri or more likely Sat with a c-section) so I could see Gabe in the NICU. His EEG yesterday wasn't good, showed pretty much all seizure activity instead of normal brain waves.

I am so, so sorry to hear all of this. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I hope that Gabe takes turns for the better very soon.

I never understand how the universe works... and as such things that look to not be okay, can be. There are no words. I am thinking of all of you, for however much that helps from someone you've never met...

Oh, goodness. I know this is one of my worst fears, but you always tell yourself that it won't happen. I'm so, so sorry. I hope very much that things improve, and that you find the courage to get through this awful time.
