I dropped by Supercuts at lunchtime today, since I had purchased some styling product last week and the aerosol wouldn't spray. Gardening note to self
Need to purchase:- flowers for 3 large pots
- flowers for 1 medium pot
- flowers for 11 small pots (8 clay, 3 plastic - no sunflower types this year)
- flowers for red wagon
- 10-12 containers of primrose (4 plants per container)
- flowers for 3 shepherd's hooks
- flowers for 3 large pots

W00t! Writing this entry from the laptop, which is on my lap (coincidentally) in the backyard, while Jeff puts our screenhouse together... once that's done, I can sit in my screenhouse all night, by the light of the lantern, and go wild!
Only a couple mosquito bites so far... hope that screenhouse goes up quick!

A thought
I am on my way to a memorial service, the second of the week (first was my co-worker's father-in-law, and this time, the dad of a girl I volunteer with at TOTT). I put a reminder in my Outlook calendar for the wake. Why do we (as a society) do things like that? I wouldn't forget to go to a wake.
