I am 99% done with Taokaka!! All that's left is making the mouth, and a little bit of tweaking to make the ears stay straight, the front zipper stay together better, etc. But I took some pictures in the nearly finished costume this weekend and I wanted to post them. Taokaka is 90% finished. I can't believe I made it this far o_o All that's left is the mask, which I had been agonizing over for months, but somehow when it came time to actually do it, I think I have figured it out :D At the very least, I'm not scared of it anymore. This was the 2nd fic I wrote for the gw fic exchange, and it's ALSO 3x4. This time, I went for Trowa POV. Welp. I'm not sure how I did. The multiparter I'm writing now also features Trowa's POV a lot, but it's an AU so I felt a little more comfortable with 'my' interpretation. I finally get to post my GW fic exchange fics!! And talk about them. Namely, how hard I find it to write 3x4. Seriously. Every time I get to a 3x4 scene in my multipart fic, I come to a standstill for like, a week, and I just can't figure out how to proceed. Just TIRED. And I always forget to take pictures of my cosplay progress. Suffice to say I spent the last weekend making shoes from almost scratch, and while I am amazed at myself for somehow pulling it off, holy crap I hope I don't have to do that again.
