Dropped some weight for my health to stay good its a necessity, got a pretty good job even though its a lil stressfull. been putting myself through a long depression, i know its my own fault, i cant blame anyone ( damn, i hate that ) but finally kicking my own ass to try and make things better. They seem to be. so maybe i will be around a lil bit more than I have for the longest time..

all, i can say is that letting go is the biggest, ball of shit, slap in the face, punch in the gut, stab in the soul, thing you ever have to do.
