Hey Everyone, I can't believe it's been nearly 7 months since I last posted something on this journal! I hope that everyone is doing well. I have a lot of catching up to do with you all and a few things to post. Will try to keep it brief (who am I kidding).

Change is good... most of the time )

work, catching up, tv shows, school

Hey Scarbie it's great to see you on Livejournal again. Happy belated birthday, I'm glad you had a fun year and congrats on graduating from school. Geesh, it been years since I saw you we all should meet up again (you, me, aachanoichi and hunty) we had such fun at Otakon that year. I've heard great things about Uncharted 3, I need to get that game, I've been playing LA Noir (which is like Grand Theft Auto without the killing and where is the fun in that LOL). Yeah, Hawaii Five-O started out promising but has turned to pure crap I gave up on that show a while ago too.. New books....hmmm I don't know if you saw the first season last year (or if you have HBO) but Game of Thrones is the shiznit. The books are really good too. Also anything by Patricia Briggs gets my seal of approval love the Mercy Thompson series. Hope you post more, see you soon ^__^

It's has been a long time! We do need to meet up again, it was a lot of fun.

Girl don't get me started on LA Noire. Please let me know when you are finished with the game.

Yup, Hawaii Five-O is off my viewing list (even though everyone is so cute). I can watch mindless stuff but too many of my brain cells were dying. And I really want to feed Alex O'Loughlin some sandwiches because dude has gotten way too then.

Hmmm, I've been curious about Patricia Briggs' books. Will look into them. And I definitely want to check out Game of Thrones (Sean Bean!!!) Thanks for the recs.

Happy Belated Birthday!

It's been awhile since I posted too, I tend to float on FB more often, easier to remember.

I hope to be getting into the field as well, once I get my BA and/or someone actually hires me (I have a AS with a focus on Human Services).

Lots of new, like, everything. I would suggest getting a chance to read the Dresden Files series of books, great fun.

Hey Allie, thanks for the birthday wishes. I think you will be a great in that field. What is your field of study now?

In retrospect, I wish I had gotten my bachelors in SW because I only would've had 1 year of graduate school instead of 3!

Hey welcome back and happy belated birthday. Congrats on graduating. I haven't played many games, at least not anything new. I got a Wii for Christmas and I've been playing lots of Zelda 2, Excitebike, Bubble Bobble, and Castlevania 2 and 3. As for books, I've been reading Catcher in the Rye, which is pretty interesting.

Hi Aa-chan! Thanks for the birthday wishes! And congratulations to you too! A lot of new things going on in your life as well.

Hahahaha, it's funny how on these newer systems you can play old games. I bought Streets of Rage 2 for the Wii and played that more than a lot of the Wii games.

Catcher in the Rye is a really interesting book. Let me know when you finish it. I almost feel like I should join a book club.
