Sadness, but with photo memories

Dec 02, 2005 15:20

Waaa, he's gone. :( It was a very good visit, though. I hope he can come back soon, to stay.

You all know the drill. There is gorgeous bare male skin behind the cut, but no overtly naughty bits. Also there is a pic with me in it. And a shot of raw naked turkey breast! Consider yourselves warned.

Thank you! They are a bit of a pain, but I'm hoping they'll be worth it.

We have some grey armoured knee-high boots with an inflatable interior, from when John had a charcot arthropathy (techie term for the bones in your feet dissolve and re-form in interesting new designs), to keep everything the right shape. The two of you could do a real interesting Masquerade entry ...

What cute pix !!!

Wow, armored boots would be intimidating! :)

Mom says that getting me into the moon booties remind her of bundling me into a snowsuit when I was little.

Thank you. :) I'm glad he was able to visit, too, however briefly.

Lovely to see you together.

Those moon booties look like they could be really handy. How well do they work on reducing the fluid levels in your legs?

Thanks! :) The booties are working well so far. Especially right after a treatment, the legs are a lot smaller. I've been told it will take 6 to 8 weeks to start making a more permanent difference.

Reducing fluid levels and increasing circulation -- can't be bad!

That's excellent. And hopefully, if they improve the circulation, they might help reduce the ulcers as well.

Here's hoping!

I'm so glad you had a lovely visit. I hope it becomes a permanent thing very soon for you.

Those moon booties look very handy.

And *you*! Girl, this illness is just whittling you away.

Thank you! :) The booties are cool, but sometimes they make an hour seem like several hours (have to do it twice a day for an hour each time).

How's it going? Are you Michelina yet?

There's been a bit of a setback (cellulitis in the left leg) that has meant using only the right bootie for a while. Unfortunate, because the right leg has always been the better leg to start with. :P
