Im looking at an aparment today that sounds really kick ass. But I got a call from a guy that is renting out a duplex for a little more, and its twice as big with a former dining room, 3 season porch, washer dryer, dishwasher, garage, yard, attic and no extra charge for animals. 0.o It sounds really neat!
