I've been yo-yoing throughout the months. I can't keep doing this. Every week, I reach a high, drop some weight and then gain it back by the next weigh in date. I'm starting over. I want this to be the last start.

New members of the community; despite all the negative, it is very refreshing to hear from boys/men who appreciate more realistic appearance. Where I am at, competition among women is hard.
