Some of you may have seen this on the news this morning. Five houses at a Street of Dreams development NE of Seattle were set on fire this morning. This development is about three miles from my house. An environmental group, ELF, left a sign at the arson site. I have not been following the local news too much the last couple of days, but word on the street is that it was not ELF, but one of the developers because the houses still had not been sold. They get the money back through insurance. They put the ELF sign up to try and blame them because they did protesting when the mega homes were being built and during the street of dreams

Yes, I have heard that theory as well, and cannot discount it. Funny how the one home that has an offer pending did not burn! But the houses were owned by five separate builders - if it was one of them, I suspect that the other four are mad. I can't see it being all five builders.
