First off, I was SO excited when I saw this in my inbox, it's been too too long since I've read anything from you and I'm so glad that the real world gave you a break so I could indulge in the non-real OTH world (for I often prefer that world to the real one). I'm glad to see that Luke and Peyton started working things out, although, now with Karen being sick (which literally made my jaw drop as I smacked my hand to my head) who knows what they'll all be doing. I hope this means sticking around Tree Hill for a bit...giving some oppurtunity for Naley moments to occur. I loved the conversation between Skills and Haley. On the show we see glimpses of the fact that they've been childhood friends and mean a lot to each other but we don't get a whole lot of serious conversations that aren't always what the other wants to hear, and that's really refreshing because that's how a friendship like theirs would be in the 'real world'
Hi stranger! (And yes, I know its mostly my fault for that since I never seem to get on AIM these days.) I'll definitely rectify that so we can catch up.
I'm so happy to see you posting this story again and even though I realized pretty quickly after I started reading that I had already read this chapter a while back, I still enjoyed every word and still experienced the shock when Karen's illness was revealed.
You know how much I love your writing and I've missed it (...well, except for the fact that I'm constantly re-reading The Limit and Getting It All Back, of course). I know this is a really busy time of year for you, but I'm hoping that you continue to find some time to write and post more of this wonderful fic.

Amazing, as always. The Haley/Skills talk was written so well.
And major shocker with Karen having cancer. I bet this changes things. Alot.
I'd say more but I should be studying for finals. Thanks for the update. I'm sure you're awfully busy.
Hope you're doing well Brynne!
