Movie Night presents: Crank 2
Tomorrow's choice for the bi-weekly Movie Night I've been hosting is a bit of a departure from the short string of movies I've shown so far. Belize ticket = booked. It's strange yet exciting to think that I'll be off the grid for an entire month. I can't wait to go and document the shit out of that place. I ordered a GoPro Hero underwater HD camera that should capture a lot of great coral footage. I really can't get away with drinking without feeling crappy the next day. It's guaranteed, regardless how 'careful' I think I am. Luckily, nights of drinking are few and far between, and last night's fun didn't leave me with a hangover (still headachey and off, though).

Travel plans
In addition to the first official snow day of the year, I got some more good news today. Well, mixed news but mostly good. First, the bad news is I won't be going to Taiwan after all. BUT in its place, I'll be going back to Belize in its place--and my ticket is paid for, which means I'm going to spend more time there and just hang out for a few ( Read more... ) -
Sick again
For the second time this month I'm sick. First, the flu, right before school started. Now, a nasty cold. I guess my immune system is on vacation.
Just as it was when I came down with the flu two weeks ago, I could actually feel the sickness sinking in and taking hold over the course of a few hours, leaving me in a position to only helplessly observe ( Read more... ) -
Goodbye, Facebook.
I'm officially deleting my Facebook on Monday, January 17, 2011, at midnight. Saying it makes it sound like it's a huge event. It's not. I just feel really strange cutting the tie to THE social networking tool that nearly all my friends use.
