I changed the tire on my bike and went for a ride yesterday, 10.5 miles, it took me an hour. That means that my average speed was about 10 miles an hour (thats how the math works right?). I hope to be about to double that average speed by the end of the summer ( Read more... )

I hate it hate it hate it.

The jist of it is that I have been down lately and I think it is because of the rain and Paul Black the Traffic Liar was wrong again.
