no doubt. I did hot yoga a few times this month with a couple friends, and my body is so sore and I just don't have the attention span for it, but good luck
Aaaah! No! Stick with it! You shouldn't push yourself too hard, but I think breath control/absorption is a great thing. For me, anyway. And if you feel exhausted at any point, you should take a break in Child's Pose or Mountain Pose. But I really do wish you would stick it out. I love yoga. :)
