Ya, everyone knows that the ER is where americans get the best diagnostic healthcare available! hahah Geez. The ER is where they try to medicate you just enough to make the pain go away until you can see your own Dr.!

I do think that the clinics in the US are pretty fantastic, having used one for like, half my life with great Dr's and nurses. BUT! The healthcare system is still totally broken.

I read news online. It's mostly because I am really itchy within moments of touching newsprint, partly because OMG recycling nightmare at the end of the week and a touch of "I'll read that later" and then not. ha

I get the daily nytimes digest emailed to me....and I can somehow miraculously read it on most days without getting caught in the clicking vortex.

I know what you mean about being away from the computer though. Esp. since I am a web content librarian. Ugh.

I wanted to say that I am sorry for not commenting when I should have. I deleted a ton of people from my Friend's List so that I could concentrate on the journals I really love. I was sorry to see that you had removed me. I hope you consider adding me again.
