My year, in great detail.  I don't know that all that many interesting things happened this year, but I'm going to include a picture from each month (hence the cut - 12 photos sort of demand it).

I guess I got lucky that February is a short month!  Really not that much happened this month.  We have a mostly new board at the free clinic (the majority of the positions turn over in February, while a few - including mine - turn over in September), so a lot of time this month went into training new board members.  We also had our volunteer ( Read more... )

Given my newfound love of cooking, there are multiple recipes that I could post, but I'll post this one, for "Sweet and Nutty Moroccan Couscous." Mmmm...

Ingredients:

5 tablespoons butter

This one is easy: organizing things.  I know, I just get cooler and cooler by the minute... My closet is organized by R-O-Y-G-B-I-V-black-gray-white.  When I'm coordinating the free clinic I get there an hour earlier than I would otherwise (and we're talking 6:00 in the morning on Saturdays) so I can organize the charts by number.  In my linen ( Read more... )
