Started a big pot of
phở last night. Tons of soup bones, spices, and veggies. Simmered it overnight and all day today.
Also started a crockpot of
steel-cut oatmeal for breakfast this morning, cooked overnight to perfection. Was great with some sliced up strawberries and brown sugar. <3
Went to the farmer's market for some fruit and veggies.
