As of yesterday, I now have roommates to continue the Testosterhome tradition! Two guys from Imago, Nate Grubbs and Alan Peterson will be moving in early June. Michael, a guy from California is moving up for a couple months this summer, then another staff guy will take over in August. It's a big relief to have it all set up now. Yay! I like Nate. He was also thinking of living with John, but it actually works out well because he's not as far on his remodeling as he'd like to be. I'm excited that Testosterhome lives on! Though it won't be the same without Miller and the Gaskill brothers. But you know, that house has gone through changes before and they've been good. :) I don't know who Alan is-I don't think.

YOU'VE NEVER BEEN TO GUSTAV'S?!!! What's wrong with you, man?! Did you have fondue? If you didn't we'll have to go there and have it. It's bomb!

"Schlender" sounds like it means either long, or slender. But maybe because it's just the word slender with an 'ch'.

I know, I know...Gustav's is just a couple minutes from my house, too! I'll have to make up for lost time.

I tell people who can't spell my name that it's 'slender with a ch.'

I agree: A travesty, not knowing what your name means.

There's noting wrong with liking good German beer, though.

It means Schlender in German. But if you translate from German to English it means Saunter.

And saunter apparently means...1: a careless leisurely gait; "he walked with a kind of saunter as if he hadn't a care in the world" 2: a leisurely walk (usually in some public place) [syn: amble, promenade, ramble, stroll, perambulation] v : walk leisurely and with no apparent aim [syn: stroll]

Wow! Got it right! Did you already know that, or did you look it up?

I talked to a girl from Germany one time. She said that it "schlender" is actually someone who saunters. A saunterer. :) That sounds kind of like wanderer.
