Fucking family, some stuff has gone down and lead to my dad not coming out anymore. WTF I may ask. I seriously can't be bothered with this pish just now, its all just more stress which I could be doing without.

A good sesh will hopefully put me in a better mood!

I've far too busy recently. Working 6 or 7 nine hour shifts a week is far too brutal. I'm just glad that the 9 hour shift nonsense will be finished a week on Friday! Then i'll be going down to 20 hour work weeks which will be much more managable for getting cycling and kung fu in ( Read more... )

Last night was ridiculous! The most ripped i've been in a while. Good times. I think me, Gibby and Paty are going up Glentress today. Hopefully going to do the black route, i'd imagine it'll be well intense and i'll be well unfit round it.

Today is another bad day.

I'm too tired, nine hour shifts take their toll. Especially when i've rushed off my feet at work because some prick (i.e. the area manager)is going to come in tomorrow and tell everyone how shit the shop is at the moment. Urgh, I just woke up two hours ago. I got very wasted last night, which resulted in me not going to work this morning. Passing out at 5am or something like that and then supposed to be up for work at 8am, no thanks. 9 hour shifts for the rest of the week too, god damn.

Fuck, i've got to go into work (on my day off) to cover someone because their dad tried to kill themselves last night and is in hospital. Pretty shit that i've gotta go in because I wanted a day to chill, get out on the bike, do some kung fu, get minced etc. Nevermind, its for a fair reason that i've gotta go in, so meh. Finish at 5pm..
