Not applying anywhere in New York? It's a great city.

I guess I'm a little intimidated by New York. After living in LA, a huge city with 4.5 million people living in it, I'm not sure I would be happy living in one with an added 2 million more!

I really hated LA the entire time I lived there. I think I am scared New York would be the same. I really loved Boston though. Are there any similarities between Boston and New York?
