Started PT for my leg yesterday. Was shown two exercises to start with. One is fine and a good stretch for my injured tendon, but the other is a good stretch for my injured tendon that aggravates my neck and shoulder injury, causing me to feel lightheaded. Oh, my body, you are terrible and I wish you were a robot.
