Progress is a good thing
It's getting more and more common here in Luxembourg, for each toilet stall to have a disinfectant dispenser, that you can use to spray on a wadded piece of toilet paper and wipe the toilet seat with it. I love it :) -
Homebirth went wrong
A woman in my birth town of Brno had a planned homebirth - a midwife was present. However, it went wrong because the baby came bottom first, and once the baby's body was out, the head got stuck.
The midwife pried the head with force out of the vagina after 15 minutes, and by then the baby girl was unconscious from lack of oxygen.

Cherry Cheesecake with Streusel blanket
Ingredients:
350g all purpose flour
100g + 150g granulated sugar
2 packets vanilla sugar
salt
150g cold + 125g softened butter
4 eggs size M
750g famer's cheese (quark)
250g mascarpone
90g fine semolina
150g sour cherry preserves
