It's not as easy as it seems - there is a blue ball hanging on a string from your cursor, and you have to try and click it, I admit it, I haven't been able to manage yet:

"The Humble Pie" by Gordon Ramsay

I enjoyed this book quite a bit, it was a quick read, with just a few pages that I skimmed over because they were sort of irrelevant (the listing out of soccer matches got boring quickly).

I definitely felt for Gordon when reading about his incredibly crappy childhood and adolescence. I giggled when I read about him ( Read more... )

I baked kolache today - inside with poppy seed filling, and on top raspberry jam with streusel. Why did the jam run? Taste-wise, the kolache are awesome, but I would prefer if the jam stayed in the center.

What should I do to prevent it - less jam? Flatten the dough more?

Just two weeks ago the Lux. prime minister was telling our press that there is NO WAY the Lux. financial market will be affected by the American crisis. I thought what an idiot, he must know all financial markets are connected! He was just telling it to the people to calm them down and prevent panic and people taking their money out of the banks.
