On the Today show this morning, they were doing a home decorating segment.

They had a piece of art on the wall, and the more I look at it, I think, "Hey, that looks like an AFLP gel."

Apparently there is a company, DNA11, that will make a portrait of your DNA.

That's the stuff I do every day.  See - I am artistic!

Thinking healthy, I thought perhaps I'd go to  cardio last night - I skipped TKD on Monday since I still wasn't feeling.  I probably shouldn't have gone last night either, about 5 minutes in I was ready to be done (too bad there was 40 min of evil remaining).  I just had no energy.  None.  Oh well ( Read more... )
