So after 12 hours of IV fluids, Jen still did not have any amniotic fluid, so Kaia Isabelle was born by c-section at 10:58am on Friday, May 18th. She was 8 lbs, 13 oz, and 20" long. Mommy and baby are doing very well, and are now home. There are many pictures online at

I'm going to the hospital for low fluid. Pray that my fluid levels go back up and we can come home! If my amniotic fluid doesn't go up in the morning, we'll be having a section tomorrow :-/.

So it seems that
fairyluver wants to hear about what is going on in my life. I actually feel all tickled pink about that. I really didn't think that anyone ever read my journal or really cared. LOL
Since I am suffering from a mean episode of pregnancy insomnia, I thought...hey why not.

Not too much going on with the baby these days. I am pretty sure I can feel it moving in there. every day from about 10pm to 1am, I feel like it is pushing against me. Kind of like how a cat pushes on you when it is cuddly and stretching. I also get those squirmy feelings. I am not completely sure it is the baby though since I didn't feel Liisi
