It's been 2 weeks and I am still keeping up with the exercise routine.   Alternating days of strength training and cardio/abs/yoga.  Have also been walking to and from school every day.  Will start jogging this weekend, although I am hesitant to put in too much cardio because I am sort of underweight at the moment.  I did not realize how much ( Read more... )

Wow I was enthusiastic earlier, now I just want to get through the day

Full day of research ahead.  These neurons take 5 hours, at least, to get a significant proportion of them undergoing apoptosis.  After that 5 hours, the actual extraction of the proteins begin.  All in all, a 12 hour day.  Thankfully this is a once a week occurance for now.  I should have a little bit of free time between cellular manipulations so ( Read more... )
