Pain. That is the first semi-coherent thought Perceptor acknowledges as he slowly starts clawing his way out of recharge. Every circuit, every relay, every diode in his body aches abominably, and for several long moments, he honestly wonders if it would not simply be easier and more satisfactory to slip into permanent stasis lock. The door to Perceptor's lab is, curiously, closed for once. Beyond the door, there are vague noises that indicate that someone is inside, however, the security protocols have been enacted, denying entry to any who would seek it.

There are a couple of empty energon cubes near Perceptor's elbow, where he sists bent over one of the data terminals in his lab. All of his equipment is neatly stowed away, and from the look of concentration on his face, he appears to have been engrossed in his task for some time now.
