and, between mortal kombat and tekken, it's a toss-up for me. i'd go for the one with the most characters. when i play those games, it's all smashin' on a controller for me, anyway.

i agree. go the white wine road. a smooth, lighter-style Italian white with earthy overtones would echo the woodsy flavor of the mushrooms.
