Apparently 82% of employees absolutely love the 4-day workweek, so it's being continued. And that's fine. I don't love it, but I can see why people would. This morning I found a print-out waiting for me on my chair.  It's a job announcement for a higher position in a different state agency.  My boss left it for me, and highlighted the part that said "This position is not subject to the 4 x 10 work schedule".  The paranoid part of me was immediately outraged that she didn't think I could do 4 10s.  ( Read more... )
