I've proposed to my girlfriend, and she said Yes! Woohoo! Instead of an engagement ring, we've decided to pool our money for a house! We made an offer on one, which is still in the works but we both are hoping for it!

Does living in the city/urbanized area make me less friendly? Have my years of being a "nice guy" finally give way to being something of a jerk? The answer: most likely, yes. As hard as it is to believe, I have a girlfriend! A lovely young lass (well, one year my elder) with a cute accent! Hell, everything about her is cute!

Things are getting serious, too. We might move in together once we find a good 2 bedroom apartment.

I passed my second required license's exam!!! This is a lot of stress off my shoulders! Now I can think about getting the Xbox 360, moving into a roach-free apartment (I hope), and getting some needed car repairs done!

So my term at my job ends November 9th. I will be forced to take 2 weeks off while I wait to get my exam results back from the state. If I didn't pass, then I might apply for a lesser paying position within the department, and maybe send out a few resumes while I am at it ( Read more... )
