Week 12: Day 2

These entries have become less frequent. I am in the thick of paper writing season. One is done and being handed in, and two are due Easter Sunday night. One of those two is currently 80% complete, and the other one is 50% complete. I really enjoy writing papers, though it has been taking longer than expected

Oh, it's just a fixed menu dinner and mostly undergrads. I've been told that profs attend, but we'll see if anyone I like actually shows up.

I don't expect it to be riveting!

And yes, I'm almost done forever!!

I was right, it was horribly boring.
I was unimpressed with the lack of mingling between students and faculty. It's like, they talk to me one at a time but then they congregate and seem like they didn't want to be bothered.
I was also a bit crushed that few of my old profs were excited to see me. I remembered them liking me in class, but maybe they just couldn't wait to get rid of me. I keep forgetting that profs hate undergrads and don't give a shit where our lives will lead! :/
