12- Overall this is just a really lovely beautiful icon. The colors are soft and perfect and the crop is just spot on.

12- Lovely crop, and I like that the icon's coloring looks soft, but not flat (which can be a tricky line to walk sometimes, I think).
12 - I think the crop is perfect. The coloring is also very well done.

6- Fabulous crop!! The one suggestion I have is maybe to pull back on the yellow a little bit (maybe with selective coloring, color balance, or a solid color fill layer). It's kind of over-powering.

4 - I think the close crop of her face is a perfect choice. It draws you to her eyes right off and her cheek. I think the coloring is gorgeous though I do think a little more vibrancy of color would have made it perfect.
04- I love the cropping of the icon, and the coloring making her eye and her gorgeous mouth pop out
4- Nice eye-catching crop here. Also, I like that even though we're looking at a close-up of just her face and a bit of her hair, there are still so many shades and hues visible--a situation that can sometimes be overpowering, but here is just dynamic and interesting.
Constructive criticism:04- Whilst I love the cropping of this icon (it really pulls you into looking at those pretty peepers!) the overall quality of this icon lets it down. Not sure if it was colouring used or the image wasn't great to begin with but the artefacts on cheek are very distracting and detract from the overall icon. Aside from that the sharpening is spot on. Perhaps a bit of gentle blurring in some key places would have done the trick ( ... )

11- The crop here is fantastic! I love how simple this is and the coloring is just phenomenal. Really unique take on the theme too!

11- This icon really grabbed my attention! The crop is fantastic, and the icon has this subtle sense of movement that I really like (I think it's because of the way her hair is blowing around, maybe). Also, great coloring--with her hair, especially!
11- The contrast on this icon is perfectly balanced, and the color manages to achieve a high level of saturation without making the image feel oversaturated.

Constructive criticism:
09- I love the bright blue of the background here, but it seems that everything in the foreground is somewhat washed out and lacking contrast. Perhaps if you were to use a bit of levels/curves you could balance the brightness of the background with the foreground.
9 - I think the background could done with some more vibrancy. Made it more a vibrant blue. As it is now, it kind of blends in with her white hair/face too much and it looks more or less meshed together.
09- lovely icon but it could have had more contrast to make the subject pop out of the background
9- Overall a very good icon, but Galadriel could be clearer with a slightly higher contrast.
