Drabble: In the beginning she'd been amazed, truly amazed. What her father had shown her had been far from anything that Helen had expected - his most amazing work was exactly that and so much more. In the beginning she'd had a lot of catching up to do and she could empathise with Will when he'd first become a part of her team. Over a century later she'd done a lot but even so this was still the beginning. She had a long life ahead, a lot of research and even more to help.
(It doesn't fit in my 100 but I like it so whatever it's going at the bottom.)
In the beginning she'd been amazed, and today that was what Helen Magnus still remained to be,

Not even Visitors are flawless and guarded from attacks by enemies. Anna had surely done the best she could to protect her breed from any hostile attacks but apparently, the humans wanted war and destroyed her offspring. She had actually planned to go on being 'nice', granting a few more weeks of happy life on earth, but obviously, those stupid humans could not appreciate that offer and were asking for trouble. Very well, thought Anna, that is fine with her. She had new concepts. A whole new beginning for the Visitors. And also the delightful extinction of the human kind.
I'm not sure if that works, I have never written a drabble, I think.

When Captain Malcolm Reynolds saw the 'Serenity’ for the first time, he knew exactly what it would look like in the future. He saw a beautiful ship, a home for his crew and especially for himself. He could see people walking through the corridors, he could see his crew making their private quarters more comfortable, he could see the crew sitting together at a big table having lunch, he could see them falling in love with a ship that now only looked like a big pile of junk. He had already fallen in love, Mal saw a home…his home.
