i came outside today and told Mom and Auntie mistress_gaelan and darkmuffin that my feet were cold. A few minutes later we had the following exchange:

scootercomputer : "My toes are glass."
damashita : "Is that because your feet are cold?"
scootercomputer : "Yes, my feet are cold so my toes are glass."

She was amazed.

Tonight, for the first time, I went pee in the toilet! Twice! I am so proud of myself! :)

i am trying hard to say alexander and/or brother... Mom and Dad know what i mean, but it doesn't sound quite right yet... but boy am i trying!

Yesterday i mastered climbing off Mom and Dad's bed! i am no longer bound by the threat of falling onto the hardwood floor and hurting my head... no, i am FREE! At 2:21 a.m. a year ago, i was born. Today, i am one whole year old. And i get to eat apple pie with dinner tonight!

I am now officially a walker. Yaaay!

i am officially a crawler! Up on my knees crawler. i've been able to get around by rolling for quite a while, but today i crawled on my hands and knees...forward... to get to stuff i wanted to chew on. i am still teething - big time.

Mommy and Daddy had better get another gate up soon, or i am going to go everywhere!

Well, it seems mom and dad were wrong in their initial assessment. i am not getting in my top two front teeth... i am getting the teeth on either side of the top two front teeth. i just have to be unique!

Wonder when the four they were expecting will come. :)

This morning my other top tooth broke through! i have TEETH!
