The house looks lovely. I like the way the owners keep the front landscaping so neat and tidy. It's a sign they took good care of everything with the house. The wood floors are fantastic. One-third of an acre is what we are putting as our minimum land size. Now we have over 2 acres and it's just not that necessary even with wanting land for the dogs. I get the feeling you are going to be very happy there.
I love newer homes too. It is true we can have troubles with a new home but psychologically I feel like the chances are slim.
We are planning to stay in this area until I graduate college and then we will consider relocating and starting over. Nothing definite: maybe the Carolinas. The reason we are moving but staying in the same area is once Vernon goes to a home which is as soon as they get a vacancy, we don't feel we want to stay in such a large place. It's 3300 sq ft and we'd rather have something smaller like 1600-2000 sq ft..

Can you pust a post of the MLS listing of the new house? I'd love to see it.
We're still looking at houses here and there but haven't seen anything that we want to commit to yet.
Looking forward to hearing that all the house plans are moving along well for you.
What do you like best about the new place?
If you could make a few changes to it, what would you choose?
