I'll miss it. We've done so much work on it; it was a HUD house five years ago. It had been vacant for over a year, been broken into and vandalized. We had to tear up black, moldy shag wall-to-wall carpeting; put in a furnace and hot water heater. We've updated the kitchen and bathrooms, painted every room at least once.
