So my bosses decided it was a good idea to close early today. Knowing the storm would end by 9pm at night, I requested to stay on to work on the projects I am doing rather than leaving. My request was denied and I left work at 2pm to head home

Hrm...sounds about right. It took me an hour and a half to go 12 miles, and it probably would have taken longer if I had not avoided the highway the entire way.

left Boston's north shore at 3:15pm
arrived at Shibley Court in Agawam at 11:45pm.
ate food.
slept about 4 hours.
drove to work in New Paltz, NY this morning for 9.
i am done with cars for a while.
this weekend i sit on my butt at home.
life can come to me for a change.
