It's been crazy the past couple of weeks, getting ready for NCTC (the state theatre conference) festival and competition. But, it paid off. We competed yesterday in Raleigh at the regional competition, and we were selected to move on to state. Here are the awards we won ( Read more... )

NCTC Competition!

We are performing two pieces this year. Our public performance is Thursday, Oct 26 at 7 pm at Pinecrest. We are also performing at Wake Forest Rolesville High on Saturday, Oct 28 at 2 and 5.

I'm home...yayyyy! I'm also pretty tired as well. After driving about 10 hours back from Jersey while towing a trailer in the middle of the night, then unpacking a bedroom suite at 5 am because I was so jacked up on coffee, sleeping a few hours, then going to a friend's wedding today, I'm pretty tired, and ready to get a good night's sleep.

I'm tired because I spent the past five hours working on my truck...but I'll get to that eventually. As for now, here is the update of the past few weeks. I guess I should start with the week at the beach ( Read more... )
