Hon, trust me, stay in Stroudsburg. You'll get the change of scene with college, yes. Senior year is an amazing year of friendship. It's your last year with EVERYBODY, and everybody knows it. People who were once bitchy become friendly, and you'll find yourself talking to a lot of new people, making amends with those you've been bitter against growing up. It's all about those people you've grown up with. New-comers aren't too noticed.
If you go to PV, they'll all be doing the same thing. They'll be so wrapped up in making amends and living it up for the last time with their own friends, that you'll be completely out of the loops and mostly left out. Don't do that to yourself, not your senior year.
