2021 begins with an affirmation and declarations
2021 NEW YEAR NEW ME RESOLUTIONS:
01) Continue to do 20 minute minimum Cardio Daily and make it to 1 year of it on 3/21/21.
02) To be at least 21 pounds lighter than 2020…(I lost 20 pounds in 2020 so I find it fighting to make it 1 pound more)
03)To read at least 1 book a month at a minimum of 12 for the year)
04) Learn something new

Last Day of the Year
Can it be? Can it be truly be the last day of the year? A year like no other? A year that showed me so much...

Winter Solstice 2020
For the past 10 years I got tattooed in remembrance of those that passed on. I specifically do this ritual on the Winter Solstice.
Afterwards I tend to toast all that I knew that passed on and light a few candles and say a kind word. I did not get tattooed this year but I have had loss or known of others loss.

Well the night is coming to a close soon. Every pot pan and bowl washed. I have my meals for the week already done through Thursday. Counters are wiped off, tomorrow morning I will put the pots and pans away when they dry. 10 planters are out of my tub and shower stalls and the floor got a decent sweep. For You Momma
It was a long day... Work was crazy busy... I started decorating late and I've been up since 4am. Yet... Still it was a great day. The only thing i wanted to do but couldn't was watch a Christmas movie but I can always do that another day.

250 days
So today I hit a new record of 250 days straight of exercising a minimum of 20 minutes everyday. I have done some days up to 75 minutes... but that doesn't matter. All I wanted since late March was to make sure I did at least 20 minutes. And I am happy to have gotten to this point. Home for the Holidays
For over 25 years I have watched this film at the end of my Thanksgiving dinner. I love the family dynamic and although in parts it is dated it does not matter. It's about family. An Odd Pairing but Both Amazing
Probably the oddest pairing but 2 of the best knockout performances ever.
Carter is just 14 years old representing Long Island and wow the power and presence in his voice. Kelly's reactions were spot on to mine and Gwen was a proud momma.
